| Joseph N. Jaffoni, Principal |
 |
Prior to forming Jaffoni & Collins, Mr. Jaffoni served for five years as a senior consultant, and most recently Executive Vice President, at a prominent mid-sized financial communications firm with responsibilities for serving the IR needs of the firm's worldwide base of clients. He previously served for six years as Vice President and head of the Investor Relations division at a top-twenty, New York-based public relations firm and prior to that served as a cost consultant for government and corporate clients.
Mr. Jaffoni earned degrees in finance and economics at New York University's College of Business and Public Administration. He has addressed CFOs at The Nasdaq Stock Market's annual investor relations conference as well as executives of major media companies on methods of improving and coordinating local communications with the parent company. |

| David C. Collins, Principal |

Mr. Collins supervises the strategy formulation and implementation of investor relations programs for Jaffoni & Collins clients, relying on over 20 years of direct IR and financial marketing experience with over 100 public companies. He is on the Board of Advisors of Investor Relations Newsletter and has been a featured speaker on IR issues for The Nasdaq Stock Market, Columbia University, PrecisionIR Informed Investors Forums, Kennedy Information and Emerald Asset Management.
For the two years prior to forming Jaffoni & Collins in 1994, he directed investor relations programs for small-cap companies at a mid-sized New York-based investor relations firm. He previously served as Director of a pioneering investor relations boutique in New York City and started his career as a member of the marketing and public relations team at a New York-based investment banking and brokerage firm.
Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and formerly held Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. |

| Richard Land, Managing Director |

Prior to joining Jaffoni & Collins with specialization in gaming and technology, Mr. Land served for three years as Vice President with a New York-based IR firm specializing in domestic and foreign small-cap clients. He previously spent five years as a trader of over-the-counter equities and convertible debentures for a New York investment firm.
Mr. Land earned degrees in English and Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and has received Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. |

| Robert L. Rinderman, Managing Director |

Mr. Rinderman joined Jaffoni & Collins in 1996. He has worked with over 50 companies since entering the investor relations consulting field in 1994. Mr. Rinderman has particular expertise handling the domestic representation of foreign companies, with significant experience assisting corporations in the entertainment, technology, energy and transportation sectors, among others. Prior to joining Jaffoni & Collins, he served as a senior account manager with a boutique investor relations firm specializing in domestic and foreign clients. He previously spent seven years as a partner at an American Stock Exchange member investment firm in equity and option trading and arbitrage.
Mr. Rinderman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany, an MBA from New York University and passed the Level One Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam. |

| Norberto Aja, Vice President |

Mr. Aja develops, researches and executes investor relations programs for Jaffoni & Collins' clients including those in the technology, healthcare and leisure sectors.
Prior to joining Jaffoni & Collins, Mr. Aja spent ten years in various financial industry positions, most recently working at a New York-based hedge fund serving as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Aja began his career as an investment banking analyst at Citibank. Thereafter Mr. Aja served as an Associate in the private equity group of CSFB. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Aja was employed by BBVA, a leading Spanish bank, as an Assistant Vice President covering foreign exchange and interest rate treasury products for Latin American and Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Aja graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance, is a Series 7 and 63 securities representative and is fluent in Spanish. |

| James Leahy, Account Director |

Mr. Leahy executes and supports investor relations programs on behalf of Jaffoni & Collins clients in technology, gaming, interactive gaming and other sectors.
Prior to joining Jaffoni & Collins, Mr. Leahy spent over five years in the financial industry as a sell-side equity analyst and equity research associate. His coverage included a wide range of technology and media industries, including cable equipment, wireless communications equipment, semiconductors, entertainment, and the Internet.
Mr. Leahy graduated from Bucknell University with Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science. He has received Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 securities registrations. |

| Ratula Roy, Account Director |

Ms. Roy is active at Jaffoni & Collins executing investor relations and media programs for radio and television broadcasting, technology and entertainment clients. Prior to joining Jaffoni & Collins, Ms. Roy was a data research analyst for a London-based hedge fund publication, serving as the liaison between New York-based journalists and the London-based data research team. Prior to that, Ms. Roy served for three years as a trading operations intern for a leading fixed-income asset management firm.
Ms. Roy graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. |
