- Institutional investor targeting. Companies cannot rely on patient, long-term investors to find them, so we help even the odds by pro-actively identifying investors through peer holdings, then building a dialogue with portfolio managers or analysts via "pitching" and follow-up. We recognize there's an appropriate investor mix for every stage of corporate development, so we adjust strategies accordingly, depending on each client's unique financial situation or goals.
- Turn-key road shows, group meetings, investment conference appearances and analyst days. Group marketing events can be an effective use of management's time, and we coordinate every detail of each event -- from conception to logistics to disclosure -- ensuring seamless execution. In addition, we help our clients develop signature events that showcase a unique operating strength or new product/service to investors, such as company-sponsored product debuts at trade shows or field trips to key locations/facilities.
- Database management, investor kit fulfillment and front-line response. Our proprietary database of over 40,000 institutional and individual investor targets helps aggregate investor interest and track the progress of key relationships. We develop and maintain a custom universe with this database for each client to conduct targeting and outreach activities. We also maintain complete fulfillment and 'first responder' capabilities to fill information requests via phone, email or fax.
