Founder & President
With more than 30 years of investor relations experience counseling over 400 publicly-listed and private companies, Joe provides JCIR clients senior level strategic counsel on investor relations, corporate and marketing communications, corporate governance and financing matters. He has established a deep record of work on behalf of companies in the entertainment, leisure, gaming and broadcasting sectors and advised clients on a wide range of M&A communications strategies, financings and crisis communications.
Prior to founding JCIR in 1994, Joe served as Executive Vice President at a prominent

Since joining JCIR in 2000, Richard has created and managed corporate communications and investor relations programs for clients across industries including casino gaming, entertainment and leisure, technology and consumer products. Prior to joining JCIR Richard served for three years as VP with a NY-based IR firm specializing in global small-cap clients. He previously spent five years as a trader of OTC equities and convertible debentures for an investment firm.
Richard has Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
Norberto joined JCIR in 2007 after a decade long career on Wall Street, including positions at Salomon Brothers, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and BBVA. He works closely with clients to develop and implement effective communications strategies in such areas as financial communications, shareholder activism, management transitions and corporate transactions. He graduated cum laude from Fordham University with a B.S. degree in International Finance and a minor in Philosophy.
Norberto has held Series 6, 7 and 63 securities registrations, and is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
Jim joined JCIR in 2009 after more than five years as a sell-side equity analyst with Morgan Joseph and IRG Research. His financial services background allows Jim to bring a unique insider’s perspective to his work with a broad range of clients including those in the casino gaming and restaurant industries. Jim continues to add to the collaborative efforts of the award-winning casino gaming team and has furthered JCIR’s strategic approach to the creation of integrated IR programs.
He holds a BA degree in English and Political Science from Bucknell University and has held Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 securities registrations.
Since joining JCIR in 2011, Jennifer has applied her analytical approach and creativity to execute investor relations and corporate communications programs on behalf of clients in the technology, media and entertainment, broadcasting, and financial services industries. She works with her colleagues to establish strategy and effectively position M&A, event-driven and other essential client events. Prior to joining JCIR, she was an analyst at MC Asset Management.
Jennifer graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has held her Series 7 securities registration.
